1 September 2025 – 19 December 2025.

⏳ Duration
5 months (full-time commitment, 5 days a week, 14:00–18:00).

📚 Fields
Business Studies, Management Science.

💬 Language(s)
Fluent English required; knowledge of other languages is an advantage.

🎯 Eligibility Criteria (Who can apply?)

  • Erasmus students at Bachelor or Master level.
  • Knowledge of ESN is advised but not mandatory.
  • Flexible, sociable, and friendly personality.
  • Must be eligible to receive an Erasmus+ grant from home university/institution.

🧪 Responsibilities / Tasks

  • Manage day-to-day operations of the ESN Porto Office (cash flow, ESNcard preparation, invoice delivery).
  • Assist international students with information and general support.
  • Oversee event and trip registrations.
  • Maintain office tidiness and organization, guiding volunteers as needed.
  • Monitor and report any issues related to cleanliness or organization.
