Join Eurowerkstatt Jena e.V. at Jugendzentrum Westside for a 12-month ESC adventure from 1 September 2025 – 31 August 2026 in Jena-Lobeda Ost, Germany 🇩🇪! We welcome 10–13 volunteers to support youth welfare and international projects, empowering 12–21 year-olds through sports, culture, and education in a vibrant, inclusive space.
🏡 Accommodation & Support
- 🛏️ Shared Flats: Your own room, shared kitchen & bathroom; five flats with garden for BBQ & relaxation
- 🚆 Deutschlandticket & Bike: Free regional train travel across Germany + bicycle provided
- 💶 Pocket Money: €533/month

🎯 Your Role & Activities
- 🤝 Youth Facilitation: Host open-space drop-ins for sports, games, music & chats with local teens
- 🎨 Project Development: Organize cultural workshops, language exchanges or your own initiatives
- 📊 Daily Operations: Assist with center routines, admin tasks & digital support
- 🌐 Intercultural Exchange: Guide “Global Citizen” discussions & foster world-minded awareness
- 🎓 Orientation & Training: “Month of Orientation” in Jena + 3 intercultural days + 2 ESC seminars (5–7 days) culminating in a Youthpass certificate

- Skills: Organizing, flexibility, independent work, basic computer literacy
- Mindset: Open to diverse cultures & religions, ready for a loud, joyful youth environment
