🌟 ABOUT THE PROJECT

Join an international team of volunteers at Fecskefészek After-School (Swallow Nest), a program supporting children (aged 7-16) from disadvantaged backgrounds in Pilisvörösvár. Your role will be crucial in providing a joyful and enriching summer experience for the kids!

👧 What You’ll Do:
✅ Teach basic English through fun activities
✅ Organize games, sports, and creative workshops
✅ Lead team-building activities to boost children’s confidence
✅ Foster a supportive, engaging environment

The camp takes place within a Reformed Christian community, where prayer will be part of the daily routine.

🏡 ACCOMMODATION, FOOD & TRAVEL

🏠 Stay in shared two-bed rooms in Budapest, with a public transport pass provided for daily commutes (~1 hour each way).
🍽️ Meals included (Breakfast & Lunch), plus a €7 daily pocket money and €5/day food allowance for dinner.
🚆 Travel costs reimbursed after participation (based on distance).
🎒 All necessary equipment provided.

📌 TRAINING & SUPPORT

📅 Friday to Sunday: Orientation training on movement, sports, games, and facilitation skills led by experienced trainers.
💡 Ongoing mentoring & support from the school staff and Egyesek trainers.

🎯 WHO CAN APPLY?

🔹 Enthusiastic & patient volunteers who love working with children
🔹 Strong communicators (including nonverbal communication)
🔹 Experience in teaching or youth work is a plus but not mandatory
🔹 Eager to create a positive impact in children’s lives
