💡 ABOUT THE TRAINING

“Walk the Talk” is an immersive leadership training course designed to equip youth workers and leaders with practical skills to lead teams and projects effectively. The program focuses on responsible leadership, self-awareness, and effective group dynamics.

Through experiential learning and interactive workshops, participants will:
✔ Develop effective leadership skills for personal and professional growth
✔ Enhance communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
✔ Gain insights into Non-Violent Communication & Edge Leadership Styles
✔ Explore Design Thinking as a tool for leadership and project management
✔ Strengthen confidence, adaptability, and teamwork
