Peace-building through volunteering. Human rights communication with a gender focus. And a 9-month placement in Montevideo, Uruguay, embedded in the team of El Abrojo โ€” a local organisation working for the personal development and rights of children, adolescents, and young people. MPDL (Movimiento por la Paz, el Desarme y la Libertad) is offering this ESC Humanitarian Aid Volunteering opportunity as part of their ACT4PEACE project, which promotes youth volunteering as a tool for human rights and peace culture across Latin America and the MENA region.

๐Ÿข About MPDL and El Abrojo
