This project is centered around the International Music Festival held at the Agorateca library and Kalcare Skatepark. You will go behind the scenes to handle logistics, artist support, and media communication. Whether you are a musician yourself or just passionate about cultural events, this short-term team volunteering opportunity is the perfect way to spend your June in Puglia! ๐๐ธ๐

Festival Roles & Responsibilities
๐๏ธ Logistics & Setup: Assisting in the organization and management of the two main festival venues in Altamura.
๐น Artist Support: Welcoming musicians, assisting with their needs, and ensuring smooth performance schedules.
๐ธ Communication: Documenting the events through photography, video, and social media updates.
๐จ Artistic Involvement: Potential opportunity to participate as an artist or musician depending on festival needs!
Team Training & Growth
๐ Event Management: Training sessions led by experienced youth workers on how to run an international festival.
๐ค Intercultural Exchange: Living and working in a large international team, sharing values of empathy and cooperation.
๐ก Creative Development: Practical experience in logistics, documentation, and the artistic side of music festivals.

Accommodation & Financial Coverage
๐ Living: Volunteers are accommodated in a large flat in double rooms in the center of Altamura.
๐ถ Costs Covered: Food, accommodation, and pocket money are fully provided by the ESC program.
โ๏ธ Travel: Reimbursed according to the European Solidarity Corps distance band calculator.
