About the Opportunity
This European Solidarity Corps individual volunteering project is hosted by Stล™edisko volnรฉho ฤasu Dรฉฤko in Czechia and offers a long-term learning experience in the field of education, creativity, and youth work. Volunteers will support leisure-time centres, local schools, Montessori schools, and kindergartens, working mainly with children and young people aged 3โ€“18. The project provides a broad, intensive, and practice-oriented introduction to pedagogy and non-formal education.

What Will You Do?
๐ŸŽ’ Support activities in leisure time centres in Nรกchod and Hronov
๐Ÿซ Assist in local schools and Montessori schools
๐Ÿงฉ Take part in Montessori-style kindergarten activities
๐ŸŽจ Help design and deliver creative and educational activities
๐Ÿ‘ฅ Occasionally support activities for adults
๐ŸŒฑ Gain hands-on experience in pedagogy and youth development

Learning & Training
๐Ÿ“˜ On-arrival training organised by the National Agency
๐Ÿค Three-day team-building training with volunteers from the whole project
๐Ÿ‘ฉโ€๐Ÿซ Continuous mentoring by a coordinator and pedagogue
๐Ÿ“œ Youthpass certificate recognising learning outcomes

Accommodation & Practical Arrangements
๐Ÿ  Shared apartment with a private room
๐Ÿฝ๏ธ Fully equipped kitchen and living space
๐Ÿ’ถ Monthly pocket money for food and personal expenses
๐Ÿš† Travel costs reimbursed according to ESC rules
๐Ÿšถ Accommodation located close to the hosting organisation
