🌟 Project Overview
Youth Empowerment Project 2 is an ESC individual volunteering opportunity coordinated by SDRUZENIE AKTIVNO BALGARSKO OBSHTESTVO (Active Bulgarian Society – ABS) and hosted in Blagoevgrad, Bulgaria. The project focuses on youth empowerment, sustainability, European values, civic participation, and community engagement through creative, educational, and outreach-based activities.

Volunteers will actively promote Erasmus+ and European Solidarity Corps opportunities, support local youth initiatives, and design their own community-based actions while gaining strong practical experience in communication, non-formal education, and project development.

🎯 Main Activities
🌱 Organise eco-friendly actions, clean-ups & sustainability initiatives
🎨 Support creative workshops, art clubs & DIY community projects
📣 Promote Erasmus+ & ESC through info sessions, school visits & outreach
📱 Create social media content, articles & communication materials
🤝 Support youth events, campaigns & civic participation activities
💡 Develop and implement your own personal community project

🏠 Accommodation, Food & Financial Support
🏡 Fully covered accommodation (rent, utilities & housing costs)

👫 Aged 18–24
🗣️ Basic English communication skills
🌍 Open to intercultural teamwork and community life
🚀 Motivated, proactive & willing to take initiative
🎨 Interest in workshops, youth activities & sustainability
💙 Applications strongly encouraged from young people with fewer opportunities (economic, geographical, educational, cultural, health-related or refugee backgrounds)
