๐งญ About the Opportunity
This European Solidarity Corps volunteering opportunity takes place in Jyvรคskylรค, Finland, with Valo-Valmennusyhdistys ry, a national organisation promoting access to learning, employment, wellbeing, and social participation.
As a volunteer, you will support coaching, counselling, and guidance activities alongside trained professionals and peer experts. You will work with young people and adults who may face social isolation, mental health challenges, gaps in education, or long-term unemployment. Your role will focus on encouragement, routine-building, confidence development, and meaningful daily activities that help participants regain direction in life.

This project is ideal for young people interested in youth work, social inclusion, wellbeing, and personal development, even without prior experience.
๐ฏ Main Activities
๐ฌ Supporting coaching, counselling, and guidance activities
๐งฉ Helping plan, implement, and evaluate activities based on your interests
๐ค Working with young people and adults in need of encouragement and structure
๐จ Using creative, artistic, and expressive methods in support activities
๐ฟ Participating in nature-based, outdoor, and wellbeing-focused actions
๐ฎ Using games and digital tools to support learning and engagement
