Nautilus Polisportiva Nautica invites motivated interns to join their summer educational and water-sports programme in Pesaro, Italy. Working alongside experienced instructors, you will support sailing, windsurfing, SUP, kayaking, sports games, and environmental education for children aged 7–13 — with additional inclusion activities for participants with disabilities. This is a hands-on internship combining sport, youth work, teamwork, and outdoor learning.

Description
During summer, Nautilus Polisportiva engages its full team of instructors and volunteers in promotional water-sports activities including sailing, windsurfing, SUP, and kayaking. Activities target groups of 30–50 children aged 7–13, Monday–Friday, 8:00–13:00.

The goals are to create a fun and stimulating learning environment where participants:
• develop physical skills
• learn basic navigation techniques
• build teamwork and positive interpersonal relationships

All sea activities are carried out with full safety and teamwork, using a range of nautical equipment such as single and collective sailboats, windsurf boards, SUP boards, and kayaks. Land-based activities include games and environmental sustainability workshops.

Nautilus also welcomes small groups of participants with disabilities (Down syndrome, autism) two to three times per week for short sailing or beach activities, accompanied by their assistants.

Role of the Trainee
The intern will support staff in all activities — on land and at sea — and will interact with participants in English to foster an international communication environment.

Afternoons and weekends are free for:
• joining sailing/windsurf training sessions
• assisting in regatta organisation
• participating in other club events

Before the internship, online training meetings in March–April will prepare trainees with basic methodologies.
