As a Sport Assistant, you will support daily care, education, and psychosocial activities for children experiencing poverty, neglect, or street involvement. Through sport and structured play, volunteers help children develop teamwork, emotional resilience, communication skills, confidence, and positive habits essential for reintegration into school and society. Working alongside educators and social workers, volunteers contribute to inclusion games, small sports competitions, outreach activities, and awareness-raising actions promoting childrenโs rights and fair play.

๐ Organize sports sessions, games and physical education activities

๐ Accommodation, Food & Transport
๐ก Volunteers stay in a fully furnished shared apartment in Novi Sad with private bedrooms and shared kitchen, bathroom and living areas.
๐ถ Monthly allowance of 470 EUR covers meals, communication and transport.
๐ Public transport provided for daily commuting; EHO cars available when required.
๐ Volunteers receive strong logistical, emotional and safety support throughout the project.
