Would you love to work with children, share your creativity, and experience life abroad? 🌈 Join Associazione Antigónaand Regionalne Centrum Wolontariatu w Gdańsku in this heartwarming European Solidarity Corps (ESC) project in Gdańsk, Poland, and bring your energy to local kindergartens! 🇵🇱

This project offers a wonderful opportunity to explore a career in early childhood education while discovering new cultures and traditions. Volunteers will support teachers in everyday activities, organize creative workshops, and share their own national culture with children aged 3–6 through play, storytelling, and art. 🎨

👶 Your Main Tasks:

• ✏️ Assist teachers in preparing daily lessons and activities.
• 🎭 Lead creative workshops, songs, and interactive games.
• 🌍 Share your own culture — language, traditions, and food.
• 🧩 Support children during outings and special events.
• 💬 Help foster curiosity, learning, and joy among young kids.

🏡 Living & Financial Conditions:

• 🏠 Shared apartment equipped with all essentials (double rooms).
• 💶 Monthly support of approx. €180 + food allowance for groceries.
• 🚆 Travel costs from Italy to Poland reimbursed according to ESC rules.
• 🚍 Local transport connected to the project fully covered.
• 🩺 Full EU health insurance coverage provided.

🎓 Training & Support:

• 🧭 Pre-departure training in Italy before arrival.
• 🇵🇱 On-arrival and mid-term training sessions in Poland.
• 👩‍🏫 Continuous supervision and support from kindergarten staff.
• 🧠 Regular evaluation meetings with the coordinating organization.
• 🎓 Gain real professional experience in early education through mentorship and practice.

👥 Ideal Candidate Profile:

• 🌟 Aged 18–30 and motivated to work with children aged 3–6.
• 💬 At least basic English level required (Polish is a plus).
• 🎨 Creative, patient, and team-oriented with strong communication skills.
• ❤️ Positive attitude, responsibility, and openness to new cultures.
• 🎵 Artistic or musical talents are highly valued.
• ⚠️ A clean criminal record is required for participation.
