This project welcomes passionate young people who want to work directly with communities, inspire positive change, and develop personal and professional skills in a multicultural environment.

๐ Project Focus & Objectives:
- ๐งโ๐คโ๐งย Inclusion and Equal Opportunities:ย Support NEET youth (not in education, employment, or training) to improve self-confidence, motivation, and educational engagement.
- โ๏ธย Citizensโ Rights & Anti-Discrimination:ย Promote civic education, tolerance, and social responsibility through interactive workshops and community initiatives.
๐ Main Activities:
- ๐ฉโ๐ซ Collaborate with teachers and young people from Ilfov County.
- ๐๏ธ Participate in office planning meetings to set weekly goals.
- ๐ฌ Join afternoon sessions onย media literacy,ย public speaking, andย group communication.
- ๐งฉ Engage in workshops that foster teamwork, leadership, and active citizenship.

๐ Accommodation & Monthly Support:
- ๐ก Stay in a youth dormitory in Ilfov County (2-bed shared rooms).
- ๐ป Bathrooms located in corridors; divided by gender.
- ๐ถ Receive aย monthly grant of โฌ320ย (includes pocket money + food allowance).
- ๐งณ Bring personal items (towels, hairdryer, flip-flops).
- ๐ค Live and collaborate with international roommates to foster intercultural understanding.
๐ Training Schedule:
- ๐ย Morning sessions (09:00โ12:00):ย Field activities with schools and local youth.
- ๐ย Afternoon sessions (14:00โ16:00):ย Skills-building workshops on communication and creativity.
