Ready to make a real social impact? Join Centrul European pentru Tineret in Bucharest, Romania for the Inclusion 3project — a six-month European Solidarity Corps (ESC) experience designed to empower disadvantaged youth, promote inclusion, and strengthen civic participation. 🇷🇴💪

This project welcomes passionate young people who want to work directly with communities, inspire positive change, and develop personal and professional skills in a multicultural environment.

🌈 Project Focus & Objectives:

• 🧑‍🤝‍🧑 Inclusion and Equal Opportunities: Support NEET youth (not in education, employment, or training) to improve self-confidence, motivation, and educational engagement.
• ⚖️ Citizens’ Rights & Anti-Discrimination: Promote civic education, tolerance, and social responsibility through interactive workshops and community initiatives.

📚 Main Activities:

• 👩‍🏫 Collaborate with teachers and young people from Ilfov County.
• 🗓️ Participate in office planning meetings to set weekly goals.
• 💬 Join afternoon sessions on media literacy, public speaking, and group communication.
• 🧩 Engage in workshops that foster teamwork, leadership, and active citizenship.

🏠 Accommodation & Monthly Support:

• 🏡 Stay in a youth dormitory in Ilfov County (2-bed shared rooms).
• 🚻 Bathrooms located in corridors; divided by gender.
• 💶 Receive a monthly grant of €320 (includes pocket money + food allowance).
• 🧳 Bring personal items (towels, hairdryer, flip-flops).
• 🤝 Live and collaborate with international roommates to foster intercultural understanding.

🎓 Training Schedule:

• 🕘 Morning sessions (09:00–12:00): Field activities with schools and local youth.
• 🕑 Afternoon sessions (14:00–16:00): Skills-building workshops on communication and creativity.
• 🗂️ Weekly evaluation and coordination meetings every Monday and Friday.

👥 Participant Profile:

• 🎯 Aged 18–25, motivated, responsible, and socially engaged.
• 🧡 Interested in inclusion, youth work, and anti-discrimination topics.
• 🌍 Eager to collaborate in international teams and support local communities.
