💡 What You’ll Do
- 🍳 Cook meals, shop, and enjoy everyday moments with community members
- 🎭 Take part in cultural activities like theatre visits, concerts, or sports games
- 🎨 Lead creative workshops, crafts, or art sessions
- 💬 Spend quality time building meaningful relationships with participants
- 💚 Contribute to creating a warm, inclusive, and supportive environment

🏡 Accommodation, Food & Transport
- Travel reimbursement to and from Lithuania (based on distance)
- Accommodation in a shared volunteer apartment (private room, shared kitchen, bathroom, and living area)
- All utilities fully covered: electricity, heating, water, and Wi-Fi
- Monthly pocket money and food allowance provided
- Local transportation pass for travel within Vilnius included
🎓 Training & Support
- Pre-departure preparation by the sending organisation
- On-arrival and mid-term training sessions from the Lithuanian National Agency
- Continuous mentorship and guidance from project tutors and mentors
- Midway reflection seminar to share experiences and recharge
- Opportunity for post-return reflection training depending on the home country
👤 Who Can Apply
We welcome young people aged 18–30 who:
- Are open, empathetic, and communicative
- Have a genuine interest in supporting people with disabilities
- Are curious and ready to learn from daily experiences and relationships
- Speak any level of English (strong English skills are not required)
- Have not previously joined a long-term EVS or ESC project
- Can commit to the full project duration in Lithuania
