Step into the creative world of Biuro Wystaw Artystycznych (BWA Art Gallery) in Krosno, Poland, where art meets education! 🖌️

This two-month ESC volunteering project offers you the chance to collaborate with artists, educators, and cultural organisers to bring inspiration and creativity to the local community. Together, you’ll design and deliver art workshops, cultural events, and educational activities that foster artistic expression and personal growth.

💡 What You’ll Do

• 🎨 Design and lead creative workshops for children and young people
• 🧑‍🏫 Collaborate with educators on art-based learning activities
• 🖼️ Support exhibitions and cultural events at the BWA Art Gallery
• 🤝 Engage with local communities to promote art and inclusion
• 🌍 Work in an international volunteer team in a vibrant artistic environment

This project combines education, art, and community work, giving you hands-on experience in cultural management and artistic facilitation.

🏡 Accommodation, Food & Allowance

• 🏠 Free accommodation at the BWA Art Gallery residence (double or triple rooms with private bathrooms)
• 💶 Cash allowance for food and pocket money provided
• 🚆 Travel reimbursement according to ESC distance rules
• 🍳 Access to a shared kitchen to prepare meals
• 🚶 No local transport needed — you’ll live and work in the same building!

🎓 Training & Support

• 🌱 Orientation week covering:
  • Introduction to organisational culture and values
  • Job-related workshops and skill-building sessions
  • Personal development and teamwork training
• 🧠 Continuous mentorship and learning by doing
• 🎓 Recognition of skills through Youthpass certificate at the end

We’re looking for 7 volunteers aged 18–30 who are:

• Passionate about art, creativity, and education

• Eager to spend 2 months in Krosno sharing artistic inspiration

No previous experience is required — just bring your curiosity, motivation, and creative spirit! 🎨
