💡 About the Internship
This Erasmus+ internship offers you the opportunity to work in the Undergraduate Department (Área de Grado) at ESIC Valencia, supporting academic coordination and administrative processes.
You’ll gain valuable experience in academic management, communication, and data organisation within a professional, multicultural, and highly supportive work environment.
Main responsibilities:
📋 General office work in Spanish and English (email, phone, document preparation)
🧾 Drafting, reviewing, and managing documents related to students and professors
🎓 Providing basic support and advice to students and faculty
💻 Updating files, spreadsheets, and web pages
🗂️ Assisting with academic procedures and audits
📊 Managing and maintaining coordination databases (for reporting and quality reviews)
🧠 Supporting administrative tasks related to daily academic operations
You’ll work in a friendly, professional atmosphere where teamwork, communication, and precision are highly valued.
📅 Internship Details
- Location: Valencia, Spain 🇪🇸
- Duration: 5 months
- Period: 2 February 2026 – 31 July 2026
- Commitment: Full-time (on-site, with occasional online work possible)
