About the Seminar
The โTrainersโ Wellbeing Retreatโ is more than just a seminar โ itโs a transformative experience designed to help trainers reconnect with their body, mind, and purpose. Hosted in the sunny coastal city of Kalamata, Greece ๐ฌ๐ท, this Erasmus+ Training Course is organised by the International Youth Work Trainers Guild (IYWT Guild) under its Erasmus+ accreditation approved by the German National Agency.
This retreat is born from the Holistic Trainer Project (learn more here), which revealed that many trainers face burnout, emotional exhaustion, and stress due to irregular work patterns and limited structural support.
Over seven inspiring days, participants will recharge through reflective sessions, wellbeing practices, and peer learning โ building resilience and community while strengthening their professional identity as Holistic Trainers.
