Get ready to move, express, and connect through dance! ๐Ÿ’ซ

FEEL THE BEAT is an exciting Erasmus+ Youth Exchange that brings together young people from across Europe to discover dance as a tool for self-expression, personal growth, and intercultural understanding.

Taking place in the picturesque mountain town of Murzasichle, Poland, this 10-day exchange will help participants explore how movement can boost confidence, improve communication, and break down barriers of fear and self-doubt. Whether youโ€™re a dancer or a complete beginner โ€” everyone is welcome to feel the rhythm, embrace creativity, and find freedom through movement.

๐ŸŒ Project Activities

During the exchange, participants will join workshops in a variety of dance styles โ€” from hip-hop, bachata, and shuffleto ballroom and contemporary dance. Each session is designed to combine physical activity with self-reflection, teamwork, and intercultural learning.

๐ŸŽญ Expressive movement sessions and creative storytelling
๐ŸŽฏ Confidence and self-esteem workshops
๐Ÿ’ฌ Intercultural evenings celebrating diversity
๐ŸŒ„ Outdoor and relaxation activities around the Tatra Mountains
๐Ÿชฉ Social events, discussions, and evening reflections


๐Ÿ”๏ธ Location

The project will be hosted in Murzasichle, a beautiful village at the foot of the Tatra Mountains, just 15 km from Zakopane. Known for its breathtaking scenery and traditional culture, Murzasichle offers the perfect setting for creativity, connection, and inspiration.

Participants will stay in comfortable shared rooms (2โ€“5 people) with private bathrooms and access to a swimming pool, common areas, and recreational facilities. Meals will be provided three times a day, with special dietary needs accommodated upon request.

๐Ÿ’ฐ Travel Reimbursement

Participants will be reimbursed for their travel expenses up to the maximum amount set by Erasmus+ rules.
Reimbursement will be made in cash (Euro) on the last day of the project, upon presentation of all travel documents.
Taxi costs are not eligible; public transportation is encouraged.
