Join Vínculos, a flagship project of the Asha-Kiran Foundation, based in the welcoming city of Málaga, Spain. This internship invites motivated students to take part in meaningful work supporting migrants, asylum seekers, and refugees — empowering them to build new lives through education, community, and inclusion.

The project focuses on mutual learning, social participation, and intercultural understanding — offering an unforgettable experience for students of social sciences, languages, and education who want to make a real impact.

💡 Your Role as an Intern

During your internship, you will have the chance to contribute directly to the daily activities of the Vínculos project.

You will:
🧾 Collect and organize participant data
📖 Support Spanish and literacy classes for migrants and refugees
🤝 Plan and facilitate community and educational activities
🎙️ Contribute to cultural events, radio programs, and awareness campaigns
💬 Network with local NGOs and organizations
💡 Share your ideas and help shape creative initiatives for inclusion

You’ll work within a diverse, collaborative team that values your input and encourages personal growth in a friendly and inclusive environment.

🎓 Candidate Profile

✅ Students in Social Work, Psychology, Pedagogy, Anthropology, Education, Language Studies, or Social Sciences
✅ Strong interest in migration, inclusion, and community work
✅ Knowledge of Spanish (B1 level or higher)
✅ Additional language skills are welcome (but not mandatory)
✅ Team player with empathy, flexibility, and creativity
