About the Opportunity
Looking for a place where creativity meets community? Join the Neighbourhood Centre โPrzystaล ลmidowicza 49โin Gdynia, coordinated by Laboratorium Innowacji Spoลecznych, and help bring people together through art, culture, and shared passions!
This ESC volunteering project invites young people to become part of a vibrant, inclusive community hub where neighbors collaborate, create, and connect. As a volunteer, youโll support community animators, design your own activities, and help local residents exchange ideas โ from workshops and social events to environmental actions and creative initiatives.

๐งญ Ideal Participant Profile
๐ Aged 18โ30, open-minded and empathetic
๐ฌ Motivated to learn, act, and connect with diverse people
๐จ Passionate about creativity, culture, or community life
๐ค Team player with communication and time management skills
โจ Experience in community work is an advantage (but not required)
๐ Able to commit to a minimum of 9 months
๐ Accommodation, Food & Support
Volunteers will stay in rented flats, sharing a room with a maximum of one other person. Each volunteer receives pocket money and a monthly bus pass for transport within Gdynia.
Youโll also participate in on-arrival and mid-term trainings organized by the Polish National Agency, plus additional workshops by the host organization.
