๐ About the Project
Everyone Counts is an Erasmus+ Youth Exchange designed to help young people discover the power of communication and self-expression โ while learning to listen, understand, and connect across cultures.
Words have power: the power to connect, to heal, and to build bridges. ๐
Through this exchange, participants will explore how open dialogue, empathy, and collaboration can create inclusive and supportive communities.
๐ฃ๏ธ Youโll step outside your comfort zone, strengthen your voice, and learn to appreciate the richness of diversity.
๐ก The exchange combines fun, friendship, and meaningful learning in a safe and creative environment.
By the end, youโll gain not just communication skills, but also confidence, understanding, and new lifelong friendships. โค๏ธ

๐จ Activities & Learning Methods
All sessions are based on non-formal education, meaning youโll learn by doing, playing, and reflecting โ not by sitting in lectures!

๐ฏ Team-building and communication games
๐ฌ Group discussions and creative workshops
๐ฅ Reflection circles and feedback sessions
Youโll also experience authentic intercultural exchange, taste traditional foods from different countries, and celebrate diversity together.
๐ฅ Participant Profile
Open to youth aged 16โ22 from: ๐ญ๐บ ๐ฑ๐น ๐ต๐น ๐ธ๐ฐ ๐จ๐ฟ ๐ท๐ธ ๐ท๐ด
Ideal participants are:
- Curious and motivated to explore inclusion and diversity
- Open-minded and respectful of othersโ perspectives
- Willing to share their voice and learn through teamwork
- Ready to participate in all sessions and activities
- Interested in promoting the project outcomes after the exchange
๐ก Venue & Accommodation
The exchange will take place in Bodrogkeresztรบr, in the beautiful Tokaj region of Hungary. ๐ญ๐บ
Participants will stay at Betlehem Evangรฉlikus Pihenลhรกz, in shared rooms of 4โ6 people (mixed nationality, separated by gender).
๐ฝ๏ธ Three meals per day (plus coffee breaks) are included.
๐ฅฆ Dietary preferences will be respected when communicated in advance.
โ๏ธ Travel & Practical Details
- โ๏ธ Travel costs are covered according to Erasmus+ distance limits.
- ๐ Group transfers from Budapest to Bodrogkeresztรบr will be arranged.
- ๐ฐ There isย no participation fee, but a refundableย โฌ50 depositย confirms participation.
- ๐ฅ Participants must bring theirย European Health Insurance Card (EHIC).
Meeting points will be arranged in each country โ e.g. Lisbon, Vilnius, Bratislava, Prague, Belgrade, Bucharest โ with coordinated group travel to the venue.
