Founded in 1999, Coraje is a passionate non-profit organisation dedicated to improving the quality of life for people with disabilities and their families. Through inclusion, social participation, and empowerment, the organisation leads impactful projects in education, community building, and awareness across the Castilla-La Mancha region.
🌍 About the Project
“Activate” invites young volunteers to become part of a dynamic, inclusive community. You’ll support daily programmes that foster social integration, equality, and personal growth for people with disabilities.
Here’s what you’ll do:
🤝 Assist in workshops and leisure activities for young people and adults with disabilities
🎭 Support creative and awareness-raising activities on inclusion and accessibility
💼 Contribute to employment inclusion projects
🎉 Take part in community events and cultural celebrations in Malagón
Your mission: bring energy, empathy, and creativity to help build a stronger, more inclusive community! 🌟
🏠 Accommodation, Food & Transport
- 🏡 Spacious shared flat with another volunteer – private rooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, and living area

👥 Participant Profile
We’re looking for motivated, open-minded volunteers aged 18–30 who are passionate about inclusion and social change.
- ⚠️ Good Spanish skills required
- 💬 Positive attitude, empathy, and adaptability
- 💡 Previous experience or interest in working with people with disabilities is a plus
- 🧭 Willingness to work in teams and contribute creatively
- 🏢 A sending organisation is required (Coraje can help you find one)
