🌟 About the Project
The “Intercultural Breakthrough” training course will bring together 32 youth workers from France 🇫🇷, Sweden 🇸🇪, Morocco 🇲🇦, and Latvia 🇱🇻 for an inspiring intercultural journey in Larache, Morocco.
Organised by Future Train Paris, the French branch of Framtidstaget (Sweden), this project focuses on strengthening intercultural competencies, promoting tolerance, and enhancing skills in non-formal education.
Through interactive workshops, creative sessions, and peer learning, participants will explore how to build peaceful communities, resolve conflicts, and promote cultural understanding — within youth work and beyond.
🎯 Project Objectives
- 🤝 Promote tolerance, diversity, and intercultural dialogue among young people.
- 🕊️ Encourage peaceful conflict resolution and mutual understanding.
- 💡 Empower youth workers to apply these values in their daily work.
- 🌍 Share best practices and innovative tools for youth education.
- 🧩 Foster international cooperation among youth organisations in Europe and the Southern Neighbourhood.
👥 Participant Profile
Open to youth workers (18+) from:
🇫🇷 France • 🇸🇪 Sweden • 🇲🇦 Morocco • 🇱🇻 Latvia
Participants should be:
- ✨ Actively involved in youth work or community projects
- 💬 Interested in intercultural learning & non-formal education
- 💪 Motivated to bring new tools and methods back to their organisations
- 🧭 Open-minded, collaborative, and curious about diversity
Each partner organisation can nominate 6 youth workers to join this impactful learning experience.

- 🤝 Networking and peer-learning opportunities with youth professionals from 4 countries
🏡 Practical Information
- 📍 Venue: Larache, Morocco 🇲🇦
- 🏠 Accommodation and meals are fully covered by Erasmus+
- ✈️ Travel expenses reimbursed according to programme rules
- 🧳 Bring your traditional snacks, flags, and creative materials for intercultural activities
- 🩺 Participants are asked to arrange their own insurance and bring the European Health Insurance Card (if applicable)
