Are you ready to explore how digitalisation and AI can revolutionize grassroots sport? ⚡

Join us for 7 inspiring days in Hungary, where youth workers, sports coaches, and community leaders from across Europe will discover innovative ways to make sport more inclusive, visible, and sustainable.

The Budapest Association for International Sports (BAIS) — a youth-led non-profit promoting healthy lifestyles, intercultural understanding, and active citizenship — invites you to this unique Erasmus+ Training Course on the intersection of sport, technology, and social inclusion.

Together, we’ll explore how digital tools can strengthen grassroots organisations, improve communication, and open new pathways for participation.


🎯 Training Course Goals

  • 💻 Learn to use digital tools for better sports organisation management and outreach.
  • 🧠 Explore AI applications that support training, communication, and project work.
  • ⚽ Promote inclusion and accessibility in grassroots sport.
  • 🌍 Build an international network of youth workers, coaches, and educators committed to innovation.
  • 🏅 Develop strategies to make grassroots sport more sustainable and future-ready.

This hands-on course includes interactive workshops, group work, and experiential learning — helping participants apply digital solutions to real sport-based challenges.


👥 Who Can Apply?

We’re looking for 25 participants (aged 18+) from the following Erasmus+ Programme Countries:

🇭🇺 Hungary • 🇭🇷 Croatia • 🇪🇸 Spain • 🇹🇷 Türkiye • 🇧🇬 Bulgaria

Each national team will include 5 youth workers, grassroots sports leaders, or coaches who are:

  • 🧩 Actively involved in sport-based youth work or NGOs
  • 💡 Interested in digitalisation, inclusion, and innovation
  • 🤝 Open to collaboration and non-formal learning
  • 🏃‍♀️ Passionate about using sport as a tool for community impact

🧭 What You’ll Learn

During the course, participants will:

  • 💬 Learn to use digital platforms and communication tools in youth sport
  • ⚙️ Explore AI tools for sport project management and outreach
  • 🧑‍🤝‍🧑 Develop inclusive, accessible, and sustainable sport practices
  • 🌱 Exchange ideas and good practices with European peers
  • 🎥 Co-create digital content that promotes fair play and equality

🏡 Accommodation & Logistics

  • 🏠 Participants will stay in double rooms, each with private bathrooms, air-conditioning, Wi-Fi, and comfortable beds.
  • 🍽️ Full-board meals provided daily (breakfast buffet, lunch, dinner, and coffee breaks with fruits & tea).
  • 🌿 Vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options available.
  • 🚆 Easy access to metro and public transport, allowing participants to explore Budapest during free time.
