What You Will Do
- Assist teachers and support children during classes.
- Help students in a democratic, non-formal learning environment.
- Accompany pupils on excursions and cultural activities.
- Create and lead your own personal projects.
- Promote creativity, independence, and teamwork.
Participant Profile
- Young people aged 18–30 from eligible ESC countries.
- Strong interest in education, democracy, and alternative teaching concepts.
- Open-minded, motivated, and ready to live in a rural area.
- Team-oriented with willingness to share own ideas and initiatives.
- Respectful of self-determined learning methods.
What We Offer
- Accommodation: Shared apartment in Villingen-Schwenningen with kitchen & bathroom.
- Food: Monthly allowance for meals.
- Travel: Free travel card valid across Germany.
- Pocket money: Covered under ESC conditions.
- Trainings: On-arrival & midterm seminars, language course, continuous mentoring and reflection talks.
