This 8-day training will use improvisational theatre and Guy Claxton’s “5 creative habits” theory to boost your skills as a youth worker. You will:

Gain New Methods! 🎭 Learn innovative combinations of improvisation theatre, experiential learning, and digital tools (like Mentimeter and Cities of Learning badges).
Boost Confidence! 💪 Strengthen your self-confidence and ability to make quick decisions in uncertain situations.
Cultivate Creativity! 🧠 Focus on developing flexible thinking, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills for engaging youth activities.
Network Globally! 🌐 Build long-term, sustainable networks with youth organizations from 8 different countries.
Promote Sustainability! 🌳 Integrate and promote eco-friendly practices in your youth work.

This project is open to 24 participants who are:

Aged 18+ 🎂
Actively working with young people (Youth worker, educator, youth leader, volunteer, or policy representative).
Interested in developing creativity and flexible thinking.
Motivated to strengthen their self-confidence and ready to apply new methods in their local communities.

This project is open to participants from:

🇨🇿 Czech Republic, 🇬🇪 Georgia, 🇬🇷 Greece, 🇱🇹 Lithuania, 🇵🇹 Portugal, 🇷🇴 Romania, 🇷🇸 Serbia, 🇪🇸 Spain.

This project is fully funded by the Erasmus+ program.

Accommodation & Food: 🏡🍽️ Fully covered accommodation in shared rooms (2-5 people per room) at “Keliautojų namai” in Trakai, including bedding and towels. All meals are provided.
Travel Costs: ✈️ Your travel costs to and from the project will be reimbursed (details are provided in the Infopack).
Training Materials: 📘 All training and workshop materials are provided.
