What You Will Do
This intensive training will equip you with the essential skills to design impactful and sustainable youth projects, from concept to application. You will:
- Learn Project Fundamentals! 📚 Explore the basic concepts, planning models, and the full project life cycle.
- Analyze Needs! 🔍 Strengthen your ability to analyze community needs and connect them with Erasmus+ priorities.
- Design Inclusive Activities! 🤝 Develop competences in defining goals, objectives, and strategies for involving young people with fewer opportunities.
- Gain Hands-on Experience! ✍️ Engage in practical workshops and group work to refine your own project ideas.
- Go International! 🌍 Learn how to transform your local ideas into concrete project proposals suitable for Erasmus+ KA1 and other international opportunities.
Participant Profile
This project is for youth workers who are:
- Aged 18+ 🎂
- Beginners eager to learn the fundamentals of project development.
- Motivated to bring their local ideas and projects to the training.
- Interested in creating projects that are inclusive and learner-centered.
- A resident of one of the participating countries.
Who Can Apply?
This project is open to participants from:
- 🇦🇹 Austria, 🇨🇿 Czech Republic, 🇫🇷 France, 🇩🇪 Germany, 🇮🇹 Italy, 🇵🇱 Poland.
What We Offer
This project is fully funded by the Erasmus+ program.
- Accommodation & Food: 🏡🍽️ Fully covered for the duration of the training in Berlin.
- Travel Costs: ✈️ Your travel costs will be reimbursed after participation (reimbursement details are provided in the Infopack).
