๐ About the project
TreEquality is an Erasmus+ Youth Exchange uniting young people from across Europe to explore the connection between mental health, equality, and sustainability. The project encourages participants to become active agents of change, raising awareness on issues such as sexual, gender, and environmental violence while promoting resilience, inclusion, and critical thinking.
Through non-formal education, participants will engage in yoga, meditation, somatic movement, forest bathing, forum theatre, podcast creation, and intercultural sharing. The aim is to empower young people with tools to care for their emotional well-being, strengthen their civic participation, and expand their understanding of EU opportunities.
๐ก Accommodation, food, transport
- Accommodation in shared rooms (6โ10 people per room) with personal storage space.
- Participants must bring a mattress protector and sleeping bag liner.
- Pillows and blankets are provided.
- 3 meals per day and 2 coffee breaks included.
- All costs (travel, accommodation, meals) covered by Erasmus+.

- Motivated young people aged 18โ30.
- Interested in mental health, equality, and sustainability.
- Able to communicate in English (medium level or higher).
- Willing to actively contribute by preparing and leading activities.
