✨ About the Project
The Agents of Change project transforms young people into active voices of change through KEAN’s Web Radio Station. As a volunteer, you’ll:

• Organize and host radio broadcasts on volunteering, social impact & environment 🎙️
• Arrange interviews, music, and cultural programs 🎶
• Learn how to run and maintain a web radio station 🖥️
• Support KEAN activities for migrants, refugees, NEETs, women & vulnerable groups 👫
• Promote awareness about sustainability and inclusion 🌍

🏡 Accommodation & Food

• Shared, fully equipped apartment in central Athens 🏠
• All living, travel, and accommodation expenses covered by ESC ✈️
• Internet and easy access to public transport 🚇

🎓 Training Provided

• Introduction to web radio broadcasting & social media tools
• Training on ethical codes, working with vulnerable groups, and environmental protection
• Ongoing mentoring & skill development

👤 Who Can Apply?

• Young people aged 18–30 from eligible ESC countries
• Strong interest in media, environment, and social challenges
• Good English and/or Greek skills 💬
• Open-minded, motivated, and ready to make an impact 🌟
• Young people with fewer opportunities are strongly encouraged to apply

💶 Financial Info

• Accommodation, food, and pocket money fully covered by ESC rules.
• Travel costs reimbursed according to ESC guidelines.
