Join our international team in protecting birds and their habitat while inspiring and educating others about nature! 🌿

👥 We’re looking for 2 volunteers to assist visitors at our nature reserves. Your tasks will include:

• Setting up displays and the shop.
• Greeting and assisting visitors.
• Providing explanations about the reserve’s history and wildlife.
• Managing the shop and promoting memberships.
• Compiling visitor statistics and feedback.
• Participating in events and research work.

🏠 Accommodation: Stay in Ta’ Xbiex, close to the reserves or with host families. Living costs covered, including electricity, water, gas, and internet. Receive €380 monthly allowance for food and pocket money. Travel costs reimbursed.

📚 Training: Pre-departure training in Italy, on-arrival and mid-term training in Malta. Learn about site history, flora, fauna, and habitat maintenance.

👤 Participant Profile: Friendly, interested in birds and nature, eager to educate others. Develop administration, time management, and interpersonal skills. Be adaptable and ready to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

📅 Duration: March 1, 2024, to February 28, 2025.
