🎯 Eligibility criteria (Who can apply?)
Young people aged 18–30 with a background in Biology, Environmental Sciences, Ecology, Communication, or related fields. Fluency in Portuguese is mandatory. Candidates should be flexible, communicative, motivated to learn, and comfortable with variable schedules during rescue campaigns.

🧪 Responsibilities / tasks

• Support nighttime rescue campaigns for disoriented seabirds 🌙🕊️
• Raise awareness on light pollution and promote best lighting practices 💡📣
• Help with volunteer mobilization and outreach materials 📢👥
• Participate in public education and engagement events
• Optional: attend up to 18 hours of Biology training during the project 📘🧬
