🎯 Eligibility criteria (Who can apply?):
Volunteers must demonstrate:
✔️ Passion for working with women and girls from disadvantaged backgrounds
✔️ Qualifications in textile fashion design, tailoring, or knitting
✔️ Teaching or instructing experience in textile-related work
✔️ Strong emotional resilience, flexibility, and creativity
✔️ Basic digital skills (design, communication, marketing)
🧪 Responsibilities / tasks:
🧶 Teach knitting and fashion design to young women
🛍️ Help develop new products based on market demand
📈 Support local and international marketing of youth center products
🎪 Organize exhibitions and learning visits
💰 Deliver basic financial literacy workshops
🛠️ Create a quality control system
🤝 Foster partnerships and engage new networks
