🎯 Eligibility criteria
Volunteers should be enthusiastic about working with NEET youth, interested in education or social work, comfortable participating in outdoor and team activities, and willing to contribute creative ideas (e.g. workshops, sport sessions).
🧪 Responsibilities / tasks
– Support daily life at youth accommodation
– Assist work coaching team with workshops and internships
– Join outdoor activities and personal development sessions
– Contribute to a positive and empowering learning environment
