💡 About the Project:
This course was created from real conversations among youth workers and educators who have faced and witnessed aesthetic pressure, discrimination, and identity struggles — often unconsciously perpetuated.
🔍 There is a deep need for spaces that promote reflection, healing, and empowerment. Through this TC, you’ll explore:
- 💫 How beauty standards affect self-perception, identity, and social inclusion
- 🧠 Tools to analyze, reflect, and address aesthetic pressure
- 🛠️ Strategies to create safer & braver spaces
- 🤝 Shared practices from social, academic, and activist fields
🎯 Aims of the Training:
✔️ Provide deep knowledge about aesthetic pressure and its origins
✔️ Explore its effects at personal, social, and cultural levels
✔️ Equip youth workers with tools to guide young people through self-reflection
✔️ Share practices to foster respectful, non-judgmental group spaces

- Ready to implement what they learn
