🎯 Eligibility criteria (Who can apply?)
Applicants must be:
– Aged 18–30 and a citizen of an eligible ESC programme or partner country
– Outgoing, social, and interested in exploring different cultures
– Motivated to contribute to environmental protection and wildlife education
– Skilled in CapCut, Adobe Premiere, and Photoshop (mandatory)
– Familiarity with InDesign and Illustrator is considered an advantage
– Adaptable to the workflow of a charitable organization

🧪 Responsibilities / tasks
– Capture photo/video content at public and press events
– Edit photos using Photoshop for communication use
– Produce and edit videos for both local and global audiences using CapCut and Premiere Pro
– Organize and manage footage from BirdLife Malta’s migration camps (Spring Watch, Raptor Camp)
– Upload content to social media and multimedia libraries
– Assist in graphic design for printed materials (leaflets, banners, magazines, etc.)
– Support design and visual content creation for the website and advertising
