🎯 About the Training
Join a 7-day experiential training aimed at youth workers, youth leaders, and project managers who want to deepen their understanding of “Managing Resources” in international youth work — a core competence from the ETS Competence Model for Youth Workers.
📌 Learn to:
• Strategically raise and manage funding for international youth projects 💶
• Design and adapt programmes based on available resources and real-world limits 🛠️
• Practice co-management with youth and share responsibilities democratically 🧑🤝🧑
• Encourage risk-taking and acknowledge young people’s contributions 🌱

👤 Who Can Apply?
You must be:
• A youth worker, programme manager, facilitator or youth leader involved in international youth projects 🌍
• 18+ years old and fluent in English 🇬🇧
• Resident in an Erasmus+ Programme Country listed above
• Willing to commit to the full training and open to long-term competence development 🧠
