🚀 Youth Empowerment Project by ABS (Active Bulgarian Society) invites young Europeans to join a fully funded ESC experience packed with real-world learning, community involvement, and personal development!

💡 What will you do?
You’ll receive a hands-on introduction to the world of social impact and NGO work, including:

• 🔹 Website Management & Digital Content Creation
• 🔹 Photo Editing & Graphic Design using Canva & more
• 🔹 Non-Formal Education Tools & Volunteering Promotion
• 🔹 Social Media Strategy & Visual Communication
• 🔹 Team Brainstorming Sessions & Project Planning
• 🔹 Buddy System & Peer Support Engagement

🎓 Training Provided:

• ✅ On-Arrival ESC Training by the National Agency
• ✅ Orientation on ABS mission, vision & values
• ✅ Continuous mentorship & weekly team development meetings

🏠 Accommodation & Financial Info:

• 🛏️ Fully furnished shared apartments (same-gender pairing)
• 💰 Monthly stipend: 500 BGN for food + pocket money
• 🚶 Located just 10–15 minutes from the city center & ABS office
• 💼 Office in a modern co-working hub inside the town’s main mall
• ✈️ Travel costs fully reimbursed

🌈 Who can apply?

• 📅 Aged 18–26
• 🇪🇺 Resident of an EU country
• 🗣️ Basic English required
• ✨ No experience needed – just motivation, creativity & a learning mindset!
