🏰 Project Overview

Dive into a hands-on two-week workcamp in the “Smart Village” of Arvieu (800 m altitude), nestled in the Lévézou region near Lake Pareloup. Under the guidance of a professional mason and local residents, you’ll rehabilitate a garden wall, restore the church square, and learn traditional masonry techniques—all while living in a medieval castle!

📋 Key Activities

• 🧱 Masonry & Restoration: Rebuild public garden walls and revive the church square
• 🌿 Site Maintenance: Help maintain the castle grounds and communal areas
• 🥗 Meal Prep & Cooking: Contribute to healthy, mostly vegetarian meals (2 meat dishes/week)
• 🤝 Community Integration: Live and work alongside local associations in a dynamic rural ecosystem
• 🛠️ Hands-On Learning: Gain practical skills in heritage conservation and teamwork
