Join ESC Volunteering at Võru Lasteaed Okasroosike in Võru, Estonia from 1 September 2025 – 14 June 2026 🇪🇪. Help nurture creativity in a fairy-tale setting, support outdoor play, and empower children aged 1.6–7 years to discover their unique strengths!
🎨 What You’ll Do
- 🌟 Foster Independence: Support 5 mixed-age groups & nursery classes (1.6–3 yrs & 2–7 yrs)
- 🏞️ Outdoor Learning: Lead nature walks & healthy-lifestyle activities in a magical playground
- 🎭 Creative Play: Design storytelling, arts & craft, music and movement workshops
- 🤝 Individual Support: Encourage each child’s unique personality & strengths
- 📚 Cultural Traditions: Share Estonian customs, fairy tales, songs & healthy habits
🏠 Accommodation & Support
- 🛏️ Shared Flat/Hostel: Furnished, close to the kindergarten
- 💶 Pocket Money & Food: €5/day pocket money + €200 food allowance
- 🚆 Travel Reimbursement: Return ticket + local transport covered
- 🎓 Training: ESC intercultural seminars + EstYES hikes & team activities
