🇷🇴 Inclusion 2: Empower Disadvantaged Youth in Bucharest! 🌍✨

Join Centrul European pentru Tineret from 1 September 2025 – 31 May 2026 for a 90-day ESC journey in Bucharest, Romania 🇷🇴! Work closely with NEET high-schoolers (14–18 yrs) from diverse ethnic backgrounds, using non-formal methods to instill EU values, human dignity & equal opportunities.

🎯 What You’ll Do:

• 🏫 Morning Sessions (Tue–Fri, 09:30–12:30): Co-deliver interactive workshops with local teachers on human rights, respect & inclusion
• 📝 Monday Planning (09:00–12:00): Review past week, set new goals with project coordinator
• 🗣️ Afternoon Training (14:00–15:00): Media literacy, group communication & stage-presence courses
• 🤝 Youth Engagement: Mentor disadvantaged teens through games, debates & team-building
• 💡 Project Support: Assist in designing activities that foster civic participation & solidarity

🏠 Accommodation & Living:

• 🛏️ Youth Dormitory in Ilfov County: 2-bed rooms, corridor bathrooms (bring personal towels, flip-flops, hairdryer)
• 🍽️ Monthly Allowance: €300 for all costs (food, transport, personal) 💶
• 🚇 Local Travel: Covered by your allowance; easy access to Bucharest

📚 Training & Support:

• 🎓 ESC On-Arrival & Mid-Term Seminars by the Romanian NA (travel & lodging covered)
• 🛠️ Host-Org Workshops: Child-rights, non-formal pedagogy & problem-solving methods
• 👥 Mentorship from experienced youth-work professionals
