• 🙋 Aged 18+ from Erasmus+ Youth Programme countries 🇪🇺
• 💬 Fluent in French (working language) 🗣️
• 🌟 Representatives of organizations with a valid ESC Lead Quality Label OR those who have completed at least one ESC Solidarity Project or Erasmus+ Key Action 1 project (e.g., Youth Exchange, Youth Worker Mobility, Youth Participation) 🤝
• 🗡️ Youth workers, project managers, volunteer mentors, or youth leaders with project experience 🚀
