🌿 Are you ready to reconnect with nature and boost your mental wellbeing?
Join us in Godinești, Romania for “Green Glow” – an exciting Erasmus+ Youth Exchange that brings together young people passionate about sustainability, mindfulness, and intercultural learning! 🌍✨

📍 Location: Godinești, Romania
👥 For: Young people aged 18–30 (no age limit for group leaders)
💶 Costs: Fully covered by the Erasmus+ programme (travel, food, accommodation)

🌱 Project Highlights:

This youth exchange is all about embracing nature as a tool for wellness and learning. Participants will:

🌲 Discover at least 4 nature-based practices to improve mental and emotional wellbeing
🌍 Learn and promote sustainable behaviors among their peers
♻️ Explore practical strategies to protect and respect the environment
🤝 Experience intercultural exchange and teamwork with youth from across Europe
🧘‍♀️ Participate in outdoor activities, workshops, and reflection sessions focused on personal growth

🏡 Accommodation & Facilities:

Participants will stay in a fully equipped pension hotel in double or triple mixed-nationality rooms.

Closest airports: Craiova (100 km) or Bucharest (300 km)
From Târgu Jiu (30 km from Godinești), organizers will arrange pick-up for all participants.

📝 Participant Requirements:

• 7 people per country (6 participants + 1 group leader)
• Aged 18–30 (group leader has no age limit)
• Curious about nature, wellbeing, intercultural dialogue, and sustainability
• Especially open to those with fewer opportunities
• Must have EU Health Card or private travel insurance
• Ready to share traditional food/snacks during intercultural night 🍱🌍
