🎯 Programme Objectives
- 🤝 Foster regional cooperation among junior officials from the enlargement region
- 📘 Strengthen participants’ understanding of EU institutions, values, and accession processes
- 🧠 Deepen knowledge of EU diplomatic practices through lectures, simulations, and networking
✅ Who Can Apply?
- Junior diplomats or officials from Ministries of Foreign Affairs of:
🇦🇱 Albania, 🇧🇦 Bosnia & Herzegovina, 🇬🇪 Georgia, 🇽🇰 Kosovo, 🇲🇩 Moldova, 🇲🇪 Montenegro, 🇲🇰 North Macedonia, 🇷🇸 Serbia, 🇺🇦 Ukraine, 🇹🇷 Türkiye - Must have:
- Fluency in English (written & spoken)
- Experience or knowledge of EU affairs/accession processes
- French language skills are an asset
