🔧 Your Key Volunteer Tasks:

📚 Homework Support: Help teenagers with their daily homework. 🧑‍🏫 🎨 Workshop Facilitation: Support engaging workshops on vital topics like citizenship 🗳️, music 🎶, and art 🎨. 🏀 Sports Activities: Assist educators in organizing fun and active sports sessions. 🤸‍♀️ 💡 Community Engagement: Develop fresh ideas to involve the local community in center activities. 🏘️ 📣 Dissemination: Share your volunteer experience and promote European opportunities among young people. 🇪🇺 📱 Communication Support: Contribute to social media 📸 and blog posts ✍️, giving visibility to the center’s fantastic activities through photos and videos. ☀️ Excursions: Accompany youth during exciting summer trips or field trips and holidays! 🚌

🏠 Accommodation, Food, and Transport Arrangements:

🏡 You will share a comfortable, simple flat in Milan, featuring DOUBLE rooms (you’ll share with another person of the same gender), bathrooms, and an eat-in kitchen. 🧑‍🍳 💰 You’ll receive 6 Euros pocket money per day. 💸 🍝 A food allowance of 160€ per month will be provided. 🍕 🚇 A monthly public transport subscription will be given for commuting to activity locations. 🎟️ ✈️ Your travel expenses will be reimbursed based on the European Commission’s defined rates. 🌍

You will participate in various essential ESC-related training opportunities, ensuring you are well-prepared and supported throughout your volunteering journey. 🎓

🎯 Participant Profile (Female Volunteer Only!):

We are specifically seeking a female volunteer with:

✅ Prior experience working with teenagers and young people. 👧👦 ✅ Availability for the ENTIRE duration of the project (June 2025 – December 2025). 🗓️ ✅ A genuine passion for social interaction and youth empowerment.❤️ ✅ The ability to build trust and connect with young people, offering both emotional and practical support. 🤝 ✅ Confidence in leading and participating in sports, arts, and recreational activities. ⛹️‍♀️🎭 ✅ A team player mindset, open to collaboration and communication with educators and peers. 🗣️ ✅ Patience, creativity, responsibility, adaptability, and proactivity. ✨ ✅ The capability to manage group activities. 📋 ✅ Motivation to learn Italian and engage with the local community. 🇮🇹
