Youth Works Hub has 11 Erasmus+ training courses and e-learning activities for youth workers in 2026, in Spain, Italy, Türkiye, Estonia and four more countries. Ten are in-person training courses and one is an online e-learning webinar, with deadlines running from as soon as possible to 15 November 2026. Spain hosts three of the calls and Italy two. Our guide to what an Erasmus+ training course is explains the format.
Most of the calls are for youth workers, trainers and youth leaders, but the profile shifts from call to call. The Graus course gives priority to ages 20-35, the Lecce course also welcomes educators and motivated young people aged 18 and over, and the Coma-Ruga course is for trainers. The Lithuania course is recommended for youth workers with some experience, though newcomers to Erasmus+ events are welcome too.
The country lists differ widely from call to call. The Graus and Barcelona courses each list only five countries, while the Sakarya, Palermo and Tuusula courses list 34 each. Our overview of eligible countries for Erasmus+ and ESC explains the general country rules.
Each call has its own angle:
🇪🇸 Spain: eight days in the mountain town of Graus on digital storytelling and media literacy tools to support LGTBIAQ+ youth.
🇮🇹 Italy: a seven-day course in Lecce on how personal stories can build connection, inclusion and change in local communities.
🇹🇷 Türkiye: Sakarya mixes university-based learning with field visits to youth centres and NGOs, using forum theatre, role plays and workshops.

Erasmus+ covers travel and stay for the ten in-person training courses, and the e-learning webinar from Portugal runs online. Two calls mention a Youthpass certificate: the e-learning webinar from Portugal and the course in Estonia.
