Youth Works Hub has collected 6 fully funded Erasmus+ opportunities in 2026 with deadlines from 25 October to 4 November, in five countries: Italy, Latvia, Romania, Hungary and France. Most of them are for youth workers, trainers and project coordinators, and three of the six calls work on project writing, partnership building and funding, alongside a youth exchange for young people, a mentoring course and a free online course. The course format is explained in our guide to what an Erasmus+ training course is.
Each call has its own angle:
๐ฎ๐น Italy: a youth exchange in Filadelfia brings together 30 young people from five countries to use photography and storytelling on community issues.
๐ฑ๐ป Latvia: a training course in Riga works on project writing, budgeting and funding strategies for organisations new to grant programmes.
๐ท๐ด Romania: a partnership-building activity in Vatra Dornei turns project ideas into fundable proposals and uses AI at each stage of project development.
๐ญ๐บ Hungary: a partnership-building activity in Szeged designs inclusive non-formal learning programmes with a focus on media literacy and anti-discrimination.
๐ท๐ด Romania: a self-paced online course prepares animators for youth centres and safe youth spaces.
๐ซ๐ท France: a training course in Paris works with a mentoring competence framework for trainers and multipliers in the European Solidarity Corps.
The youth exchange in Filadelfia, Italy is for residents aged 18-30 of Italy, Poland, Romania, Spain and Tรผrkiye, a format explained in our guide to what a Youth Exchange is, while the online course from Romania is free, self-paced and open to youth centre animators, youth leaders, youth workers and young people at a basic to intermediate level.
Erasmus+ funds these activities: the calls in Italy and Latvia say travel is covered, Vatra Dornei and Szeged provide accommodation and meals with travel reimbursed, and the Paris course covers accommodation and food. The online course from Romania is free and self-paced. According to Youth Works Hub's review, one listing mentions a participation fee, the mentoring course in Paris, France, and the first call closes on 25 October 2026.

๐ก Note from youthworker_eu: a participation fee like this is usually a contribution the organisation asks for its own institutional capacity, not a cost of the programme. It is never paid at application, only by selected participants, and in many cases it can be negotiated or even waived by the organisation. If an organisation asks you to pay at the application stage, report it to the National Agency or the European Commission and let us know, so we can report it too.
