Youth Works Hub has gathered 4 fully funded Erasmus+ opportunities on civic education, democracy and youth policy that close between 23 and 26 October 2026, in Romania, Lithuania and Bulgaria. Three are training courses, in Iaศi and Vilnius, and one is an online e-learning webinar from Bulgaria. The Iaศi course closes first, on 23 October 2026, while the other three close on 26 October. Our guide to what an Erasmus+ Training Course is explains the format.
The calls cover countering fake news and civic apathy in Iaศi, how participation and representation work together in healthy democracies in the online webinar and evidence-based recommendations for youth policy at a youth conference in Vilnius. The Vilnius roles are for trainers and facilitators, while the Iaศi course is for youth workers and young people active in youth work aged 18-25 and uses non-formal methods, as our guide to what non-formal education is explains.
Each call has its own angle:
๐ท๐ด Romania: a training course in Iaศi uses role plays, case studies and a living library to tackle civic apathy and disinformation, then participants run a local workshop for young people.
๐ฑ๐น Lithuania: a harvester at a youth conference in Vilnius documents the discussions, input and outcomes of a working group through note-taking and digital tools.
๐ง๐ฌ Bulgaria: an interactive online webinar explores how participation and representation work together in healthy democracies and why both are essential.
๐ฑ๐น Lithuania: a group facilitator at a youth conference in Vilnius helps young people share their experiences, express their opinions and develop proposals that may inform future European policies.
According to Youth Works Hub's review, all four calls state there is no participation fee. The Iaศi course covers accommodation, meals and the programme and travel is reimbursed, the organisers reimburse travel for both Vilnius roles and the Bulgarian webinar takes place online.
