🌍 ABOUT THE PROJECT
Join Il Ce.Sto Cooperativa Sociale in Genova and support the integration of migrants and refugees! Since 1987, the organization has been working with diverse ethnic communities, focusing on education, social inclusion, and cultural exchange. As a volunteer, you will:
✅ Assist with the daily management of refugees and asylum seekers.
✅ Support integration activities such as language courses, sports, and cultural events.
✅ Help with legal and health support, as well as employment guidance.
✅ Participate in cultural events and anti-discrimination initiatives.
🏠 ACCOMMODATION, FOOD & TRANSPORT
🔹 Shared apartment in Genova (double/triple rooms).
🔹 Pocket money: €6/day + food allowance.
🔹 Travel costs reimbursed according to ESC guidelines.
🎓 TRAINING & SUPPORT
📌 On-arrival & Mid-term Training (by the Italian National Agency).
📌 Ongoing mentorship & support from P.E.CO. and Il Ce.Sto teams.
👤 PARTICIPANT PROFILE
🔸 Age requirement: 24+ years old.
🔸 Open-minded, cheerful, and adaptable to multicultural environments.
🔸 Good English skills & willingness to learn Italian.
🔸 Motivated to support refugees and social inclusion.
