The alma Mentoring Programme of the University of Vienna is looking for an Erasmus+ intern (40 hours per week) for 6 to 9 months, starting October 2026. You will support the organisation and development of a mentoring programme that connects students and alumni, gaining insight into the communications work of one of the top 100 universities worldwide. The working language is German, and the application deadline is 1 September 2026.
What to Expect
🤝 Support the organisation and further development of the mentoring programme.
✍️ Write newsletters, blog posts and other texts.
📚 Research and create mentoring materials and new services.
💬 Community management and exchange with students and mentors.
🎉 Support Alumni Community events, such as the ReConnect Day.
