Would you like to gain hands-on experience in science communication, event organisation, and alumni engagement within an international environment? The Faculty of Physics at the University of Vienna is looking for an Erasmus+ intern for six months to support its Communication and Alumni Relations work, a unique chance to build real skills at one of Austria's leading research and teaching institutions.
📣 What You Will Do
📱 Content creation and communication, producing content for social media to enhance the faculty's visibility and engagement
🎪 Event planning and coordination, organising and supporting information sessions, networking events, and outreach activities for students and alumni
🤝 Alumni relations, supporting initiatives that strengthen the connection between the faculty and its graduates
🗂️ General administrative support, assisting with data management, compiling reports, and supporting internal communication
🧑🎓 Who Should Apply
🎓 Someone pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree at a European university eligible for Erasmus+, or a recent graduate
🗣️ Fluent in English (spoken and written); German is an asset but not required
💬 Skilled in communication and customer service, and confident using social media for professional purposes
🕕 Able to be flexible for evening events
💻 Confident with IT systems and proficient in Microsoft Office, with knowledge of Adobe software, video editing, or Canva as an asset
🧩 Organised, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
